  • The Kiddie Clubhouse is a play gym designed for children 1-8 years of age
  • The jungle gym structure is recommended for children 3-10 years of age
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to any child who is not within the above age groups
  • All children must be registered for a class prior to their arrival. You can register for a class directly on the website or by calling us at 516-800-0906
  • An adult must sign a Clubhouse Play Agreement for any child under 18 before they can enter the play gym
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
  • All children and adults MUST wear socks in the play gym area
  • Readmission into the Clubhouse is not allowed at any time
  • Running in the Clubhouse is not allowed
  • No outside toys are allowed in the play gym
  • Please do not take ANY toys into the jungle gym structure
  • Please be respectful of our play equipment, toys and other children at all times
  • Bullying, pushing, hitting or other physical harm to anyone will not be tolerated at any time. We reserve the right to remove any guests exhibiting such behavior from our facility without a refund
  • Food, gum and drinks are NOT allowed in the play gym, but you are welcome to eat and drink in the lounge area
  • Impromptu or large parties are not allowed during open play hours. We will ask your party to leave and schedule a private event if such instances occur
  • Please do not bring any cake/treats or decorations to the Clubhouse during open play hours
  • Please do not leave your personal belongings unattended. The Kiddie Clubhouse is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property
  • We do our best to keep the calendar and newsletter as up-to-date as possible, however, open play hours may be changed or canceled without notice

  • Classes are currently limited to 15 kids per class and all children must be registered for the class prior to arrival
  • Due to the limited space available, once a child is signed up for a class, we cannot refund the class tuition if the class is missed. Under extenuating circumstances, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you
  • Adults and children over 5 years of age are strongly encouraged to wear a face mask while in our facility. However, we are no longer requiring face coverings for children or vaccinated adults
  • Please utilize the hand sanitizing stations upon arrival, and frequently throughout the class
  • We need each other to do their part to keep our community healthy. We kindly ask if you or your children are presenting any symptoms that may put others at risk, please stay home. We will gladly reschedule any pre-registered classes if you are exhibiting any symptoms and/or elect to stay home out of caution
  • There are “yucky” bins placed throughout the play gym. We ask that if your child puts anything in their mouth or if an item becomes unsanitary, that it is immediately placed in one of these bins to maintain a healthy environment for the other children
  • We will close the gym in between classes to do a thorough cleaning of all toys and high contact surfaces
  • The entire facility, including floors, gym equipment and surfaces will be given an additional cleaning with EPA approved disinfectant for SARS- CoV2 during off hours
  • Please practice social distancing and keep a 6 foot distance between others as much as possible throughout the facility, including the lounge and play gym area
  • While playing in the gym, our staff will monitor the children’s distance to others and their use of toys. We will do our best to keep all shared toys clean and keep kids spaced out as much as possible during classes
  • We’ve installed two UV air filtration systems that use state-of-the-art ultraviolet light technology to keep viruses and other microorganisms from reproducing, and are designed to kill the related germs and bacteria
  • While in the lounge area, we ask that adults are mindful of their children and do their best to keep them from touching high contact surfaces, merchandise or other items throughout the facility. This will help us maintain a healthy environment for everyone
  • The Kiddie Clubhouse reserves the right to ask a guest to leave if we find any guest to be exhibiting symptoms or appear under the weather. The overall safety of all our guests is our top priority and we ask that everyone acts responsibly and complies with these guidelines


  • A party date is NOT secured until a reservation agreement has been signed and returned
  • Each party will be 90 minutes of exclusive use of our facility. Any stay beyond that time will incur automatic charges
  • Each party includes two dedicated party hosts with one hour of open play in our gym area
  • Party includes 12 children plus the birthday child. Each additional child is $15
  • The maximum capacity for any party is 20 adults and 20 children
  • Doors will open 10 minutes prior to the party time. We need adequate time in between parties to do a thorough cleaning of all toys and high contact surfaces to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all party guests
  • A Clubhouse Play Agreement must be completed for every child under 18
  • Each child must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
  • All children and adults MUST wear socks in the play gym area
  • Pizza and juice included in the party package is enough for the children only
  • Adult catering is available, please inquire
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the Clubhouse
  • No outside food, beverages or decorations are allowed during parties. If you have a special request, please notify us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you.  There must be written approval from us before bringing any outside party items into the Clubhouse
  • Final headcount and any additional catering requests are due on Monday of the party week. Any changes to headcount will not be accepted after Wednesday. No exceptions
  • Each party includes birthday themed paper goods, invitations and one balloon per child
  • We are happy to mail out invitations on your behalf. In order to do so, we must receive the complete guest list TWO weeks prior to the event
  • Every birthday child will receive a complimentary gift from us
  • Additional balloons, décor and favor packages are available for purchase
  • Party host will be responsible for any/all damages made to the walls/facility by removing decorations without permission
  • Our party hosts will handle all party setup and cleanup
  • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200 is required to reserve a party date
  • Add-ons are subject to be paid up front
  • The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the event
  • All event cancellations or postponements must be made at least 48 hours prior to the party date
  • There will be NO credits given for ANY cancellations/postponements made after this period
  • For cancellations/postponements made in time, the deposit can be held as a credit for one future event/party ONLY
  • Credit will expire one year from original date of booking
  • Postponement will be granted one time only
  • All party fees are subject to sales tax
  • Parties may be subject to a 10% service charge
  • A customary gratuity of 15-20% is not required but always appreciated
