Plan requires the first 2 months to be paid up front.
You will be billed monthly on the 1st of the month. A credit card must be on file with us and will automatically be charged each month.
The Kiddie Clubhouse Birthday Party Package
Once you’re a member, you will be sent a coupon code on the 1st of the month. Each time you register for a session, just apply the coupon code at checkout and it will apply a 100% discount to the session price. You must register for sessions ahead of time, either through our website or by calling us at 516-800-0906.
You are allowed to reserve 10 open play sessions per calendar month with each coupon code. They can be spread out however you’d like during the month (that’s 2-3 sessions/week). The coupon code will expire on the last day of the month. Unused open play sessions do not roll over to future months, no exceptions.
A Plan is required for each child. No sibling discounts are offered at this time. We do our best to keep the calendar and newsletter as up to date as possible, however, open play hours may be changed or canceled without notice.
You can cancel your Membership Plan anytime with 30 days notice by either calling or emailing us.
