    FAQ

    Are there age restrictions?

For the safety and comfort of all guests, the play gym is designed for children 2- 8 years of age.

Do you need to wear socks to play?

All children and adults MUST wear socks in the play gym area. No slip socks are recommended for the jungle gym structure. Outside the play gym area, shoes should be worn at all times. This includes the waiting area and bathrooms.

How many kids are allowed to be in the gym?

Open Play and Classes are currently limited to 15 kids per play session. All children must be registered for play prior to their arrival. Due to the limited space available, once a child is signed up, we cannot refund play admission if a session/class is missed.

    Do you allow re-entry?

No. Due to the current limitations on play session sizes, no re-entry will be allowed.

Does a parent/guardian need to be with their child in the play gym area?

All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while at the Clubhouse. However, we always have staff in the gym during play. There is a waiting area where parents/guardians are welcome to stay while their children play in the gym. Proper supervision should be maintained at all times while kids are playing in the gym.

Do you have to sign a liability waiver to enter the gym?

A Clubhouse Play Agreement must be completed by an adult for all children under 18 before they can enter the gym. The Kiddie Clubhouse has the right to refuse entry if an adult is unwilling to complete this agreement for their participating child.

Can adults play in the playground?

We request only one adult to accompany their child while they play in the gym area. Due to safety reasons and weight restrictions however, we ask that parents do not enter the jungle gym structure with their child.

Is there somewhere to eat at the Clubhouse? Can I bring food from home?

Yes. We understand that little ones need to snack or eat every couple of hours. We do have a waiting area where parents and children can sit and eat. Food and beverages are only allowed in this waiting area and must be removed before your scheduled session is over. We request that only nut-free food is brought into the Clubhouse. We have snacks and beverages available for purchase as well!

Is open play available every day?

Typically, the Clubhouse is open for play every Monday- Friday for two sessions a day, unless private play or classes are scheduled. Evenings, Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for birthday parties & private events. In the event no parties are scheduled, open play may be offered, and will be available for registration a week in advance.

Open Play & Classes are currently limited to 15 kids per class. All children must be registered for a class prior to their arrival. You can register for play directly on our website, or by calling ahead at 516-800-0906.

    Are you a nut-free facility?

Although we request that parents/guardians only bring nut-free food into the Clubhouse, we cannot guarantee that we are a nut-free facility at all times.

    Is there parking available?

There is ample parking in front of the Clubhouse on Eileen way. There is additional parking on the side of the building and behind it.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

At this time, due to session size limitations, we do not offer any discounts on open play. Often times, a sibling discount is available for classes and special events. Please contact us prior to registering for classes or special events to take advantage of the discount.
